Freeze Your Own Ice Candle

freezecandle_2.jpg

This nifty Mathmos Thaw gadget from ThinkGeek produces a melting ice shade that “changes shape and size over time, producing a truly unique and interesting candle light.”

Simply place the water filled mold in the freezer overnight. The ice that forms in the mold then becomes a thawing shade for the tea light. The ice takes about 3 hours to thaw and the water melts back into the mold
